“After completing the Lamaze Childbirth Education course with Tanya, my husband and I felt extremely informed about the labour/birth process and early postpartum experiences. We were able to make informed decisions together in the lead up to, and the day of our baby girl’s birth. Our birth experience was extremely positive, despite some curve balls being thrown our way! The Lamaze philosophy also empowered us in managing the early postpartum time, including advocating for what we wanted during our stay in hospital.” ~Holly & Adam

“A professional and knowledgeable session to introduce labour, birth and first weeks process in relation to mum’s and bub’s health and well-being throughout this stressful process. I was lucky to have done this course to really understand my rights as a patient and as a future mum what to expect.
Birth is a tricky thing to go through and whatever your experience, this course was detailed enough that I knew what I could ask for, what was required and what to do in an emergency situation (which unfortunately I was in). I thank Tanya for her dedication to coming out to us and answering all of our questions in the safety of our own home, where nothing was off limits. Professional answers to all our questions were so incredibly helpful in quelling some of my first-time mum fears.
Perfect for what we needed as a family and as a new mum-to-be.
Thank you again! Highly recommended to those even considering this class in the future. (It’ll be the only one you need!)” ~ Anne
